Admission Forms
Bishop Leibold Admission Forms for the upcoming school year are updated on our website each year around February 1. You may also call either campus and forms can be mailed to you after Feb 1.
Please note that the Guaranteed Placement Registration period runs from approximately February 1 through March 1 each year. After March 1, student registrations are accepted on the basis of availability of your student’s grade level. If space is not available, your student will be placed on a waiting list, and you will be called if an opening occurs. The “Timeline” document linked below outlines important dates for the registration process.

Financial Assistance programs are described in the Registration packet. If you require more information on these programs, please go to that link on the Admissions page. Please note that some types are available only to registered parishioners of Our Lady of Good Hope or St. Henry Parishes, for our parishes fund this assistance. If you have any questions pertaining to our financial assistance programs, please call either office to speak to our principal, Mr. Beyerle, and he will be happy to help you.
