Our Two Parishes
Since 1974, Bishop Leibold School has operated as the consolidated school of Our Lady of Good Hope and St. Henry Parishes. The school is financed and governed by both parishes: each parish pays its own share of the budget based on the number of parishioner students registered, and the school is governed by the BLS School Board representing both parishes.Together, our parishes provide substantial ongoing support to Bishop Leibold School in the operation and maintenance of the two physical facilities, in tuition support for parish families, and most importantly, in spiritual resources and guidance. A combined history of nearly 175 years of commitment to Catholic education is a rich tradition demonstrated still, in our parishes’ devotion to their children’s education and spiritual development, and their trust in the future of our faith.
