Tuition Forms
Bishop Leibold Tuition Forms for the upcoming school year are updated on our website each year around February 1. You may also call either campus and forms can be mailed to you after Feb 1.
The tuition forms are used in conjunction with the Admissions Forms for the Guaranteed Placement Registration period that runs from approximately February 1 through March 1 each year. After March 1, student registrations are accepted on the basis of availability of your student’s grade level. If space is not available, your student will be placed on a waiting list, and you will be called if an opening occurs. The “Timeline” document linked below outlines important dates for the registration process.

If you are interested in Financial Assistance, please click on that link below to read about the varieties available for our families. Please note that some types are available only to registered parishioners of Our Lady of Good Hope or St. Henry Parishes, for our parishes fund this assistance.
